Gift cards can be emailed directly to your recipient with a personalized gift message or you can pick up a physical gift card in our Main location boutique after purchasing online. Gift cards can be used for Tuition fees, boutique dancewear supplies, shoes, spiritwear and show fees. *Gift cards may not be used for ticket sales.
NOTE:
*If you prefer to pick up a physical gift card from us, please notate that in the Gift Recipient Information. Enter your email address and in the “MESSAGE” notate that you would like a physical card to be picked at our Main location. Otherwise, we will email the gift card digitally to the email address provided.
Must be presented at time of purchase. This card is not refundable for cash. Lost, damaged, or stolen cards can not be replaced. This card has no value unless purchased at Cumming Dance Academy, Inc. Once card has been issued no refunds are given.
