Anastasia Grantham, Dance Instructor

Anastasia Grantham grew up in Kennesaw, GA with her 6 siblings and parents. She started dancing at the age of 2, with Kennesaw Dance troop owned by her mother who was a Professional Ballerina. She moved to Cartersville School of Ballet at the age of 12. She has been trained in Classical Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Contemporary, Lyrical, Modern, Hip Hop, Musical Theatre, Gymnastics, and Cheerleading. Ana has had the pleasure of attending multiple summer intensives with Joffrey Ballet Company in Miami, Atlanta Ballet, Brenau University, and North Georgia School of Ballet. Some of her favorite roles she has performed are the Black Swan from Swan Lake, the Sugar Plum Fairy from the Nutcracker, the soloist in Pequita, and the White Rabbit from Alice in Wonderland. 

Ana’s love for dance inspired her to become a teacher and choreographer. She started off by assisting in classes from the age of 12 and choreographing in student run shows for her dance company. Through high school, she took on cheerleading alongside of dance and became cheer captain her senior year. With this title she taught every dance, stunt, and formation to her team for half-times and pep rally’s. Anastasia started teaching her own dance classes in 2022 under Saint Catherine’s Dance Ministry located in Kennesaw, GA. Styles she’s taught include Classical Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Tumbling, Cheerleading, and Movement for kids ranging from ages 2 to 17. 

Anastasia is pursuing a degree in Nursing Degree through Kennesaw State, she hopes to eventually become a midwife. ”
